    Virtually meeting this Thursday

We are living in extraordinary times. Maybe you have questions. Maybe you are feeling isolated and would like to connect. We will meet this week via zoom. So pull up a comfy chair, pour your favorite libation, and connect with other human faces- and possibly some furry friends too depending upon the household, as Ed facilitates this month.

Thursday April 2nd. 7pm MDT. RSVP and feel free to share.

Normally we gather at Carboys Denver in the Governor’s Park neighborhood on 7th (Enter on the Logan Street entrance and head to the tasting room to the left) to grab a bite to eat, have a drink and chat about anything you’d like regarding Christianity, Christians, religion or God. Two staff or members from Corona Church (Usually Renee or Chuck or Ed) will be hanging out in the tasting room ready and willing to listen to any concern, question or comment you may have about religion, or Christianity in general

PLEASE feel free to come with ANY type of problem or question! Our purpose is not to confront, argue or push any sort of agenda on you, we simply want to engage in conversation with our neighbors to learn more about you and learn from one another. Love to see you there!

We typically meet the second Friday of each month September through May from 9:30-11:30 a.m. We join together for support and mutual encouragement. Anyone parenting kids with disabilities is welcome!

  • Canine Walk and Talk

This Group is currently on hold in response to the COVID-19 Virus, as our building is currently closed for all activities.

Join Renee Walbert on Tuesday mornings (weather permitting) from 9:30-10:30a to meet in the church parking lot and walk our dogs together to Cheesman Park. No Dog? No problem! Bring yourself or your kids and let’s enjoy each other’s company.

Worship arts

Music is an integral part of worship at Corona. Our style is a blend of both contemporary and traditional styles centered on the essentials of the Christian faith. We seek to be a community that offers authentic and relevant worship opportunities that honor and unite our heritage and our future.  "Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs" Psalm 100:2

  • Praise Teams

Do you play an instrument? Are you a vocalist/soloist? Corona Praise Teams lead worship in all of our services. We worship using hymns, praise and worship music and liturgy in a blended style as we welcome the Holy Spirit into our conversation with God thru Christ each time we gather.

If opportunities to serve in this way interest you, contact Don Hofer about ways to get involved.

  • Corona Choir

Love to sing? Want to connect with people like you? Corona Choir is a great place to be involved. We rehearse on Wednesday nights at 7:00 downstairs. We help lead worship nearly every service in Fall, Winter and Spring. Contact Don Hofer for more information.

Currently choir rehearsal is postponed in response to the COVID-19 virus, as our building is closed and we are meeting virtually for worship. We will update you with more information here as it is available.

  • PRAYER

Prayer is a priority at Corona. We want to pray for your needs and give thanks for your praises. Click here to fill out a digital prayer card to let us know how to pray for you. You can request to be anonymous or have your request shared with our online prayer team.

Need to talk to a pastor about your requests? Email the corona office here at office@coronachurch.com to be connected with someone who can help.
