Ministries at CoronaCorona has a number of ministries, some of which are listed here. Meets 6:30 p.m. every Friday.
Young Family Fellowship (YFF) is a fellowship designed for families with young children (0-6 years of age). As raising young children may be time consuming, the group meets once per month. Meetings alternate between family activities and a potluck/study format. Childcare is provided. The group is open to members, non-members and friends of Corona. Bread Brigade is a welcoming ministry or Corona. As individuals visit our services, we welcome them with a freshly baked loaf of bread. Opportunities exist for bread makers and deliverers of bread. This group of 18 - 28 year olds meets Monday nights for a time of fun, fellowship and teaching. Everyone is welcome from college students to working professionals to married couples. For more information on what this group is currently up to e-mail the church
A popular group for mothers in the community that meets at the church on the first, third and fifth Friday mornings. Mothers have a great and entertaining program while their preschoolers are watched by trained and caring staff.
We welcome you to visit the Mariners Sunday Morning Bible Class at Corona Presbyterian church. The class has 50 years of history and has sent seven missionaries into the mission field. We meet at 9 am, in the Mariners' room downstairs. Coffee is available until the end of class. We have wonderful and talented people as teachers. Come visit, we promise not to bite!
See the puppet website The puppet ministry at Corona Presbyterian Church is called That Puppet Team. It has been in existence since the summer of 1985. Its members consists of Junior and Senior High School students. The purpose of That Puppet Team is to share Jesus Christ and the Good News with others through puppetry. The audiences of the puppet ministry include not only the churched, but also the non believers; not only children, but also adults.
Where Grace Abounds is an interdenominational, para-church organization formed to meet the needs of men and women struggling with emotional, relational and sexual issues including sexual addiction, pornography, sexual abuse, homosexuality and emotional dependency. Services available are a weekly support group, counseling referrals, books, tapes and other resources. Please call (303) 863-7757 for more information.
See the youth website Corona's Youth Ministry welcomes all students who are in the 6th -12th grades. We are a highly relational ministry aimed at the development of healthy relationships between students, students and adults, and most importantly with Jesus Christ. Youth group meets from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday nights.
